1. Website and waitlist purpose

The website provides limited information about FloWatch and allows interested users to join an early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee selection, access, availability, a launch date or any particular feature.

2. Planned product scope

FloWatch is being developed as a data-only order-flow and market-microstructure analytics product. Planned analytical views may include footprint charts, liquidity heatmaps, TPO market profile, cumulative delta and depth-of-market context.

FloWatch is not intended to place, modify, cancel, route or automate orders. It is not intended to provide buy or sell calls, personalized recommendations, investment advice, managed accounts, copy trading or assured outcomes.

3. Pre-launch information may change

Descriptions on the website reflect current development intentions and may change before release. Feature availability, supported instruments, data connectivity, technical architecture, access conditions and launch timing remain subject to testing, third-party availability, user entitlements, applicable terms and required permissions.

4. No offer, payment or market-data entitlement

The current website does not sell subscriptions, market data or trading services. No payment is required to join the waitlist. Nothing on the website grants access to broker or exchange data, creates an entitlement to third-party services or constitutes an offer to provide regulated financial services.

5. No financial advice

Website content is general product information and is not investment, trading, legal, tax or financial advice. Any future analytical interface would be informational only. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, risk management and use of any broker or market-data service.

6. Waitlist submissions

You agree to provide accurate information and not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content. FloWatch may contact you about product development or early access and may remove waitlist entries where necessary for security, misuse prevention or operational reasons.

7. Third-party references

Any future reference to a broker, data provider, exchange or other third party is for explanatory purposes and does not imply approval, affiliation, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated under a written agreement. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

8. Intellectual property

FloWatch branding, website design, software concepts, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, impersonate, resell or commercially exploit them without permission.

9. Website availability

The website or waitlist may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice. FloWatch does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, selection for early access or a particular launch schedule.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FloWatch and its operator will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch descriptions, website interruptions, waitlist selection decisions, third-party services or unauthorized use of the website.

11. Future product terms

Separate and updated terms, disclosures and privacy information will be provided before any private-beta or public product access begins. Users may be required to accept those terms separately.
