1. Information we collect

• Waitlist information such as your name, email address, trading focus and any optional message you submit.
• Communications you send to FloWatch through email or support channels.
• Basic technical and security information that may be recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and error logs.

2. How we use the information

• To manage the waitlist and understand interest in FloWatch.
• To contact selected users about controlled early access, product updates or important changes.
• To respond to questions and support requests.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.

3. Information not collected through the pre-launch website

The current public website does not request broker passwords, PINs, OTPs, TOTPs, trading-account credentials, PAN, Aadhaar, bank-account details or payment-card information. Joining the waitlist does not require payment or a broker connection.

4. Sharing and service providers

FloWatch does not sell your personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, form-processing, email, security or monitoring providers that help operate the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights or security.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website may use necessary browser storage and limited analytics or security technologies. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary storage may affect site functionality.

6. Retention

Waitlist and communication information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to manage pre-launch access, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No website or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete waitlist information, withdraw from non-essential communications or remove yourself from the waitlist by contacting us.

9. Future product access

Before any private-beta product connection or account functionality is introduced, FloWatch will publish updated privacy information describing the exact data collected, connection model, security controls and retention practices applicable to that release.
